Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in machining technology preferred.
Proven experience as a VMC operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Strong understanding of CNC programming and machining processes.

Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
