We are seeking a motivated Field Operations Engineer to support our on-ground warehouse inventory operations across Chennai. This role will involve.
�� Warehouse Inventory collection:
Conduct daily field visits across industrial zones and logistics corridors in Chennai. Identify vacant and occupied warehouse properties and collect, document, and maintain detailed information on available warehouse inventory
�� Site visit Coordination:
Coordinate and manage on-ground logistics during client warehouse site visits in Coimbatore. Ensure seamless facilitation by liaising with internal teams, vendors, and clients to deliver a professional and efficient site experience.
�� Lead Sourcing & Engagement:
Proactively identify and engage with potential tenants to source warm, qualified leads. Share initial project information, assess interest levels, and pass qualified leads to the leasing team.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
�� Any Graduate or Diploma with 0��3 years preferred (Freshers may apply)
�� Strong communication skills in English and Tamil
�� Knowledge of Chennai��s industrial geography is an added advantage
�� Has a two-wheeler with valid Driving Licence and willing to travel extensively
