Responsibilities
Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance on VMC, CNC turning centers, and related machines
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
Diagnose faults in servo drives, spindle drives, motors, encoders, limit switches, and sensors
Work on CNC controllers such as Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi
Ensure machine geometry, alignment, backlash, and accuracy are within limits
Maintain coolant systems, lubrication systems, ATC, tool magazines, and chip conveyors
Analyze recurring breakdowns and implement root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions
Plan and execute annual maintenance schedules and maintain maintenance records
Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime
Manage spare parts inventory and recommend critical spares
Support machine installation, commissioning, and relocation activities
